Mango Hill Villa Terms and Conditions

Villa Policies

• Check-in is 3 pm and Check-out is 11 am.

• Mango Hill Villa is a family home and is unable to host parties.

• Only registered guests may spend the night. Our rooms can host a maximum of two-persons each.

• Guests who test positive for COVID-19 may be asked to isolate to protect our staff and other guests.

• Housekeeping does laundry once during your stay or once per week if staying longer than one week.

• Rooms are cleaned daily.

• Smoking outside in garden areas only, not inside villa.

• No pets please.

Staff

• Mango Hill Villa is staffed by a Butler, Cook and Housekeeper.

  • Butler: 12 pm - 8 pm, stays onsite 24/7

  • Housekeeper: 9 am - 5 pm

  • Cook: 9 am - 5 pm

Wheelchair Accessibility

• Primary 2 bedroom in the Main house and the Cottage primary are wheelchair accessible – however some assistance will be needed to get onto the property.

Rates and Payment

• A 25% deposit is due upon booking. Full payment is due 60 days in advance. Rates do not include the recommended 10% -15% gratuity for staff.

• Mango Hill Villa is available to rent for a minimum of four nights. During holiday weeks, bookings are available for a minimum of seven nights

  January 2nd - December 12th

  • 4 bedrooms - $1200

  • 4 bedrooms + Cottage - $1400

  December 12th - January 2nd

  • 4 bedrooms - $2000

  • 4 bedrooms + Cottage - $2400

• Meals, beverages, and transportation are not included in rates.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations more than 60 days in advance will result in a 75% refund. Cancellations less than 60 days in advance are not eligible for a refund.

Indemnification

Mango Hill Villa LLC, the company shareholders and its agents or assigns shall not be liable for any damage or injury of or to the Guest, Guests’ family, guests, invitees, agents or employees or to any person entering the Property or the buildings of which the Premises are a part, or to goods or equipment and Mango Hill Villa LLC, is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items belonging to the Guests and Guests’ family, guests, invitees, agents or employees. All Guests in the group shall hold harmless, indemnify and defend Mango Hill Villa LLC and its shareholders, agents, staff, transportation carriers against all claims, liabilities and expenses including but not limited to attorney fees and costs in connection with the loss of life, personal injury or damage to property in or about the property or arising out of the use or occupancy by the villa leader and all guests, or its invitees.  All Guests in the group hereby waive any right to any claims or damages exceeding the rental value noted herein.

Should it become necessary for Mango Hill Villa LLC to employ an attorney to enforce any of the conditions or covenants hereof, including the collection of Rent, the recovery of costs for damage caused by Guests, or gaining possession of the Premises, Guests agree to pay all expenses so incurred, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.
